Service Description
New Beginnings Grant Center provides Strategic Planning for Non-Profit Administrators and Board Members by providing guidance and instruction on how to formally create a 3-5 year Strategic Plans. Practitioners will learn how to strategically assess their programs, services, management, operations, fundraising, finances, governance, administrative systems, and internal & external communications. Additionally, Practitioners will learn the elements of Strategic Planning to develop a comprehensive action orientated plan. Upon completion of the course Practitioners will demonstrate Strategic Planning competencies by developing a step by step plan of action to complete a 3-5 year Strategic Plan.
